FERMI ltd provide both equivalency and performance-based strategies in accordance with Approved documents, BS 9999 and BS 7974.

We operated CFD, CEM and bespoke software to provide fire development analysis, evacuation studies and fire hazard quantification.

These are combined with consultation with regulators to develop strategies which are acceptable, innovative and cost effective.

We recently evaluated fire development software and computer evacuation modelling in full scale tests, to give confidence to regulators of the validity of our assessments and strategies.

We have unique capability in fire risk assessment and have generated several innovative approaches to fire engineering methods for major building projects.
